Can there at least be a cease fire? Maybe make Asbury Partners finish the properties they are required to restore before letting them acquire more properties/land. That would have been a nice part of the revised deal. No more emminent domain UNTIL the pavilions, the Casino and Convention Hall have been fixed as per the agreement.
