The issue with free beaches would be where to the residents go? 
You can envision a private beach club, a public beach club, and then 
just access. Maybe between Ocean Grove and AP.....

The free beaches will draw people, then it could ease up if it becomes 
crowded.

YOu could stick with the season pass concept and a "package" price for 
those day-trips, much like the car load prices.

The free beach concept will be an effort to answer a retailers quetion, 
what are you going to do for people - foot traffic?  Sgt. Slaughter 
isn't the answer.

>From that article, it makes you think that Ocean Ave could be 
eliminated...bringing the boardwalk buildings/complexes out to kingsley.
