I think it's Great what they're doing, and it's a shame that the insensitive Developers and Builders in the NJ Shore Area cannot use similar means to get to their ends! At least those Builders in
Problem is, here, we have an extremely heartless and selfish Master Redeveloper, in the Fishmans, aka "Asbury Partners", who care ONLY about their Own Profits, and NO one else! They're even WAY overcharging the Sub-Developers for the "Infrastructure" costs, gave the City a fraction of what the casino & Convention Hall were worth, and charged the City 2-4 Times what it cost to rebuild the Boardwalk (Which was credited towards their payment on Convention Hall)
People on here have commented that "AsburySteve" only cares about the Poor! NOT at All True!
I also spent about 200 hours on trying to help the People facing Eminent Domain, not only in
I think, as one example, that the Owner of the Adriatic Restaurant/ Bar is REALLY getting Screwed! As he commented in a Meeting which they had "I moved here from
