They have been in trouble for at least 2 years. Why? They over paid,
bought more difficult properties to work with etc etc. While Hov has a
3 year window on which to close a deal, I don't beleive Kara id that. I
beleive they purchased quicker then they should of and the numbers
simply didn't work. Zap.
