Not all drugged - just major problems:
The "TAB" girl - always got a 3 tabs (recall those diet sodas) a day..
Richie Boys - the guys that ate out of the garbage (we'd cook'em fresh
food and lay it in there, cause they woudln't take hand out)
Danny "the bird man" - give him a b-date of anyone walking the bwalk -
and they could come back the same day or a year later, and say their
name - and bingo, out came b-date.
Then all the lifeguards....
I could go on, but we have work to do.
