I let it go too. He obviously has a problem with the recycling center.
I wish we could bring regular trash there too. I've never seen more
than two workers in there at a time. Even my idea of taking health
bennies away would not save much. My point is that it is very hard to
find the extra money for more police, but waste (spending) does have to
be cut in this city. There is no way we need the amount of cars we have.
