A Fishman that doesn't deliver. SOrry, but this part of the story deserves its own special place.
Fishman still maintains that his companies' $17 million investment in Paterson will one day create residential and mixed use neighborhoods. This has failed to materialize, thus far. Torres and his advisors might have done more research into Fishman's less than successful ventures elsewhere, such as those undertaken in Asbury Park.
