Yes, I mean the boardwalk. That was the quid pro quo. The developer
gets land real cheap and we get restored and new boardwalk
buildings. We got nothing. Don't mention the infrastructure. We
could have sold the parcels to subdevelopers too and made them pay
for it. I bet we could have sold more parcels than Larry has too.

That's irrelevant. You have a defeatist attitude. Be the best you
