But Ocean Ave is west of the boardwalk. I am just being exact in
response to Oak's post. The townhouses, in the preliminary plan a few
years ago shows the houses backing up to the BW at the rear of the
homes. These will be tantamount to beach front properties. What did we
get - $490K for the whole parcel. That's real good real estate dealing
on the part of our council majority. Giveaway no matter how you cut it.
I could beat the tidelands claim and sell the parcel for well over $10
million.
