I think they used a $1 million grant as well.
The City is in possession of a $1 million dollar loan and grant from
the State of New Jersey. The City shall be given a credit for the
purchase of materials or other approved uses at the same unit price(s)
as Master Developer will purchase. Said credit shall reduce the amount
of Master Developer's Boardwalk Renovation Credit.
