This morning, I noticed a bunch of kids wandering around after school had
already began.
One of them noticed me noticing them, and tried to hide behind a telephone pole.
In light of the recent robbery posted here by a 15 yr old during school hours,
i'm really
surprised that a crackdown hasn't happened about truency in our city.
