Here I go again bashing Partners and Nancy out of bias and not fact. 

I wish but have no hope that MM will do the deal.in the past year in the US we 
have had multi billion $ real estate deals closed in less time. That includes 
outright purchases, mergers and buyouts of REITs. Something is wrong with this 
picture. Based upon the history of the past 4-5 years it is obvious it is 
Partners. They have failed to perform in any aspect of the deal. Look at last 
nights agenda for the executive meeting. It deals with a response by Partners 
to a letter from the city about them not meeting some of the new benchmarks. I 
aim to get the minutes of the meeting. How long are we going to fool with these 
jokers? I have been saying it for nearly 3 years that they do not have the 
will, ability or experience to do this project. 

As for Nancy. She is nothing more than pr for Partners.
