Most of the offenses are against CHILDREN!
I wasn't at the meeting but I saw it was on the executive agenda
(closed to public). I requested the minutes from Steve Kay and received
them, however, there is no detail on that topic and I was told that
anything that was blank was at the suggestion of the city attorney that
the details could not be released.
I had sent the city attorney (Fred) some details about cases
challenging the constitutionality of these ordinaces in NJ. I wasn't
trying to start trouble but mereley making sure our i's were dotted and
t's crossed. I assume it is still be examined for constitutional issues.
