This is something some of us saw 2 years ago.
They aren't even breaking even on resales, espeically if you figure in closing 
and carrying 
costs.

So back to AP - how may units sold in Wesley to date? When is Phase II going 
up?? how the 
BLU or Grande Resales and rentals?

Original ask on a unit in N.Beach: $1.5 -resale now: $1,100,00. Now I,m looking 
at the 
difference of $10k for a 1000 sq ft unit at the "mattison" or 980 sq ft in 
N.Beach for $509k...

Very interesting pricing. time will tell.
