I would save money filing taxes in NJ as compared to NYC. I would save 
around 4%. That's big bucks and would more than pay my re taxes. 
However, I'm not looking to get caught by NYS tax dept. My elder 
daughter went (now graduated) to a SUNY and my younger goes to school 
here as well. I will do it when it is for real.
