I agree with Allan.  You're comparing apples and oranges!  Asbury
Park, is NOT NYC!  Nowhere near!  Like some natives here, are want to
say, that the transplanted New Yorkers, want to run AP, like NYC!  If
you can improve it here, I say, why not?
