Frank has been constant in his diligence in bringing justice. Others have fought hard, too. He has done it by the book and I just hope that that won't play into the hands of those who have been so underhanded all these years. If this investigation succeeds - and is not undone by those shredded documents - we'll probably be amazed at the findings.
