I think I would rather be in Iraq.  But I have never been there, so who 
knows what the difference.  I like the idea of the cops, however, they 
were there after the October shooting.  They were supposed to stay all 
year.  Now the staff members are saying they are gone.  I am not sure 
how far a Superintendent can go.  You need to look at what Joe Clark 
did and mirror that.  There is only so much you can do if the Central 
Office does not back the school administrators.  They have enough room 
in the school now.  There were many suggestions made by the Building 
Representatives but everything was ignored.  They are trying to be part
