I don't think that the things you've mentioned have anything at all to
do with the AP PD. Personally, I think they do a great job, there's
just not enough of them.
The graffitti and used condom are typical of AP. The other day, I
found a used condom on my lawn. Disgusting. I am so fricken sick of
picking up other peoples crap.
You'll also notice a bunch of new graffitti on Cookman. People that do
that in our city have no pride in the place they live. Too bad AP
doesn't have surveillence cameras in place. I bet those would be
effective in preventing quite a few things.
