Respectfully, I'm still not following. In JK's post last month he said nothing about an emergency ordinance.
Maybe he could jump back on here and give us a chronology of the ordinances. Perhaps he can tell us what was the ordinance when you opened right through what changes were made until the day you closed. I think if the 24 emergency ban happened, JK would have mentioned it in his 22400 post.
