You're not getting this. I'm not sure they'll be any record of this 24 hour thing. There seems to be a lack of verifiable paperwork. Maybe it exists, maybe it doesn't. I wouldn't be surprised if JK knows nothing about it, hence my accusation that it was JB. I only know what I was told by representatives of the city, who also happened to be the very people enforcing.
