anyone whos still talking about asbury parnters arnt doing anything
need to get with it.., of course their not. that wasnt part of
their plan. look around. now we have MM doing things they said
they would. whoever they pass the land off to, will take part in
something asbury partners didnt do?
That was accounted for in the plan, but not the plan. It certainly
was not the plan to have nothing done for as long as it has (on the
waterfront). This city is once again held hostage, however, counting
25 years left in the plan, maybe a bit longer than the bankruptcy
court. MM means well but they still do not have a plan. You need a
plan and need to implement it.
