It's good to see you're becoming a bit more observent and critical.
Notice also - the gas meter walls on Lake Ave, the air conditioner
equipment between the units, the small sidewalks, the utility boxes at
the sidewalk, the repetative style of everything..........
Why? - Bad design with little attention to human factors and details.
