Here's a question for those still filled with unbridled optimism.    
If we knew that Asbury Partners wasn't going to put their own money  
into restoring Convention Hall/Paramount/Casino and knew that the  
first residents of the new condos wouldn't arrive until 7-8 years  
into the project....

would people still have wanted them running the show?
