These young men, thru their fraternity, have worked in AP middle school thru Big Brother/Big Sister on grant thru JUMP Grant as mentors. That is very admirable. My focus was on Mr. Hobson's post ( _http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AsburyPark/message/24623_ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AsburyPark/message/24623) ) and that ticket's criticism of board members for not having "kids." Despite my career in the public school system, my own 16 years of "schooling" were guided by standards of excellence dictated by Italian nuns, Irish brothers, and Jesuit priests.
