Widening would involve Eminent Domain and is really not needed to make
a large impact.
The clean-up is the key.
Take back public space that has been illegally taken by private
interests. Remove fences, walls, etc,. Do a consistant streetscape
with grass, trees and plantings.
Put the Park back in Abury Park.
