Is this an admission of incompentence? So, in 6 years, they turned a $5
mm deficit into a $7.5 mm deficit by selling off hundreds of millions
of dollars worth of property?
Seems odd that they are so against state assistance into managing the
books, yet are willing to take a bigger and bigger check each year.
What is this council hiding?
