Thats a really funny question.

The entire building was sold. The Entire Building! And not too many 
folks cared.

Its now private property and we should be upset that parts are being 
sold by the current owner?

The priorities and logic of this City continue to baffle me.

Its private property, the public gave up their interests in it. All 
we have is an "agreement" to reuse original parts if feasable.
