No, this is not a photoshop job. IT was propsoed back in 1957 to bring the boardwalk and the downtown together.
This isn't the monorail Werner was talking about. However, another exmaple of how many of idea person has came and gone in AP. Good thing, could you imagine this thing running along the boardwalk?? Someone would of had to make a decision to rip it down by now - or save it.
