Belmar for example has the "buffer zone" too. However, they dont line it
off. When you box it in with lines it gives the illusion that it is to be used
or something else!! Belmars ocean ave is much larger on the beach side, do to
the parking spaces having the buffer zone behind them. Why did they line it
off? Belmar has no lines, just the obvious that one side of the road is wider
then the other.
