Joe was completely frustrated with the City in regards to the website.

He did not create the content, that was supposed to be provided by the City. In 
particular, 
getting schedule updates, public notices and current info was problematic.

He wrote and requested many times to be provided with current info such as 
meeting 
agendas. Like myself, he was very concerned about the public knowing what was 
going on.

Unless the City provides the info, it will not appear on a website. True when 
Joe was 
running it and true today.
