I'll be your partner. I once had a brownstone that was formerly a
single room occupancy. I kept it vacant in order to sell. One day I
pass it and I see people coming out of the building. The place is full
of tenants who have rent receipts. Some guy is renting out the rooms
in my place. I had to laugh (after throwing them all out). Shame on me
and good for him. Ingenuity is the mother of invention.
