I'm with you, Chuck.

The division here was always between the people that like the current 
residential plan and the people that wanted a mixed use with more 
tourism/entertainment thrown in.

This latest development is a turn toward the tourism side.  I expected 
this news to be heralded here as a victory for the 
tourism/entertainment folks.
