The chairs are usually sold out. The boys come down and book 20-30
chairs.

The city should have few levels of beach badges.
"Ocean row" (double the price for the 65 feet closet to the beach)
"high tide row" (regular price)
"7th ave" (reduced for family packages 4 or more)
"tillie's beach" (you get tillie chair, towel, mug holder, tshirt and
shorts)
