That's also because RETAIL (outlet center) is boring and not a tourist
atraction. Also, because even though GA is there, "Jackson Twp" is a
not big name. And, a couple pieces of property some want $1-$2m acre.
Then you also have to figureout how to fill the place year round - to
around 70% occuppancy.
