Re. Faiella next: Certainly the descriptions in the Star Ledger of how James used this non-industry woman to buy and quickly resell the properties sounded amazingly like the strategy Shearn described that Faiella used with his wife. Doesn't seem to me like James is a big property mogul type. So might wonder where that slick strategy came from. I've been asking the Ledger to come to Asbury to look at this waterfront deal for years with no luck. Other question is if Faiella is accused of being the brains behind the James' transactions, will the U.S. attorney open the redevelopment plan back up with the benefit of this insight? Maureen
