This one's so bad its funny.  The writer said the jury "awarded a 
settlement" twice.

Juries award settlements?  Which "I hate Fox and will make up 
anything about them" frind of yours wrote this?

PS:  It says Fox won the case, not lost.  So you really hurt 
yourself with this one anyway.
