What is 'Asbury related" should stretch pretty far though. For instance Dan the Man and Oak post a great deal about real estate happenings in other parts of the country. I look forward to those; they're very helpful. They aren't exactly, perfectly, about AP, but I thinkg it helps us in AP know more about what we should or shouldn't do with our properties to know what is happening out there. I'm sure there are other examples. Membership limited to AP residents, AP businesses, person with business or web sites related to promoting AP, etc. should cover both DanS, who owns property here, and Oak's sites are AP related. Then the exception for anyone who is sponsored by a member.
