It is much easier to have a fire then pay for demolition.  Less 
weight to dump at the landfill.  It's might be intentional 
negligence.  Many years it looked difficult to get in, why all of a 
sudden such easy access?  What happened to the Atlantic and the 
Belmont across the street?  Did they ever determine the cause of that 
fire?
