1. It's a start.
2. Now find a developer ( as in real)
3. The state will have to support the developer
4. Did anyone do an anaylsis on the cost to build the project, what
rents could be expected ($12 sq ft), mkae plans for a larger box
store (yea, another drug store)
5. What kind of time frames til there's a shovel in the ground. Don't
use Konvitz as a scapegoat. He's been dead as has his attempt to
build there for longer then I can remember. That's just an excuse to
stay out of jail.
Work around that tract and fill in all around it.
Give a round of applause to keady for once again speaking up and
conveying Dan's (,) thought of getting Munic Plaz moved a couple
hundred feet west.
When opportunity knocks, someone needs to answer.
