Shar - Always a fun time reading your posts!! Boy were you right on it with your comment on the people -- that is what they'll never replace. That sense of belonging to a venue or even a whole city can't be bought, nor replaced. It's the human capital that you can count on no matter what. How could such smart business people have failed to value it properly? I've seen it in Corporate America over and over -- as I'm sure you have, too. The bean counters get rid of the employees who really take their jobs to heart and reward the ones who're strictly in it for themselves. When will they ever learn. Maureen
