The building was setup for beach club or rather lockers and showers.
Thr 7th ave pool was north of that. In AP style, had a fire and the
rest, well, is history.
The concrete ramp led up and around and over the boardwalk.
The "new" beachclub is planned for EAST of the boardwalk on 7th Ave if
memory serves correctly.
North of CH was never succesful as the tourists hung between the casino
and Ch - at least in my day.
