Nice numbers. BUT, it all has to ADA compliant, fences, etc. Add to that engineering costs. Plumbing costs etc. Fence and sidewalk for $5k? Not bad. Find me that mason. Hopefully, future funding will be utilzed more effectively vs. the use it or lose it mentality of government or large corp budgeting cycles. I read a story of a park in PA, state park with the most expensive bathrooms at around $1.5m, per stall (2). Seems they wanted a nice stop on the hiking trail. So they hired a team of engineers and architects. And they got a very nice his and her toilets for $3m built. Yahoo!
