What was there before drew many more people, Kid's World and The Pier 
were a bigger magnet than Pier Village.  You also didn't see the code 
enforcement officer's ex felon defunct Police Officer working as a 
manager where a liquor lisence was in the old days.  I also hear this 
official's wife is also working there as well.

Pier Village was built while it's owner Joe Barry, was in Federal Pen 
for bribing an elected official.  Now out making millions.

Pier Village is an embarrassment to Long Branchers. Unfortunately, 
like wounded knee it may take close to a century to find out just how 
unconstitutional it all really was.
