And honestly Dan, I am going to complain about obvious things.
When I find a hypodermic needle, in a park where children are playing, and the 
city has 
been notified by multiple people about things like there being inadequte 
lighting, that's 
something to complain about.
And if I see an overweight cop, I'm going to ask the question. It's not exactly 
complaining, 
it's observing. Sorry you have a problem with that.
I'm only complaining about the things that I think will make a difference.
Somebody needs to do it.
