I don't know anything about anything, but the right way to do it:
1. The first floor is a "beach cafe"- burgers, shakes, fries pizza
etc - for families and priced that way with a bump for location.
2. Floor 2 - do they upscale route and banquets meetings then paty the
whole place after 9pm.
Keep the $15 burgers at Pier House or Avenue.
Even McD's wants $6.00 for some "real meat".
