I thought the same thing.  Maybe now they realize the Stone Pony 
block doesnt need to have condos, that a hotel doesnt have to go on 
Wesley Lake, that the Wonder Bar and Fastlane and Baronet and Asbury 
Lanes dont have to go anywhere, that a CAROUSEL should be in the 
CAROUSEL HOUSE, that the green spaces between the pavilions should 
be... well, GREEN.
