In the news the other day, they said Newark NJ was trying to raise
$50k for cameras in 7 of the worst areas....how you ask?

By "raffling off" those hard to get 'Hannah Montana' tix for $1,000
per tik - "come on moms...git your little girl that special gift and
show her how great a mom you are...."
I happened to read the press this week and read the comments on the
Guardian Angels. Interesting.
Stick up some cameras, support the police, train some people to use
the cameras and patrol patrol.
