Asbury Partners receives award for Asbury Park development - New Jersey

Asbury Partners, LLC, the City of Asbury Park, and Clark Caton Hintz and
Ehrenkrantz Eckstut
& Kuhn Architects have received New Jersey Future's 2003 Smart Growth Award in
recognition
of their efforts in the Oceanfront Asbury mixed-use waterfront redevelopment in
Asbury
Park. Larry Fishman, chief operating officer of Asbury Partners, the project's
master
developer, Asbury Park Mayor Kevin Sanders, and John Clarke and Peter
Cavaluzzi, of
CCH/EE&K, accepted the honor at a recent awards dinner at the Newark Club in
Newark, N.J.
"These recipients represent New Jersey's best and brightest efforts," said
Governor James E.
McGreevey.
"They set an example for communities across the state of what is possible
through smarter
growth."
"This award truly is an honor," Fishman noted.
