And in America, some places spend more then $20k per kid for education 
and that's PUBLIC elementary school.

And in other parts of the world - those monies would educate quite a

I know, why then don't I move with my kids there.....


I was in Grenada (remember  - invasion of.). The school kids there were 
on their way to school in their uniforms, some kids had these little 
pencils - like we did when we were little - sharpening those big ones 
down to nothing. Well these kids didn't so that - that's all they had 
and they treasured it. I think their open air school was wither built 
by IBM or the US Government. When I got back, I collected a bunch of 
old pens and pencils and crayons -emptying out everything I can think 
of and sent them back  with my father on his next trip. Then I thought 
I'd start something  like "steal a pencil from work day" or empty out 
that kitchen drawer - pens and pencils. The stuff we toss away could go 
along way around the world.

The kids spoke english as well. See why, and its been about 10 years
